I have been teaching a wide range of people for more than a decade now and have built up great experience in using various aspects of yoga to help deliver benefits in many different areas: from young mums to grandmothers and from male marathon runners to overworked execs! Yoga’s holistic approach has for centuries been a cure for many physical and emotional ailments (including insomnia, anxiety, restlessness, backache, and menstrual issues) as well as improving posture, flexibility and strength.

I use the Hatha Yoga approach in my teaching, combining postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation in order to improve your overall sense of health and well-being. Hatha is derived from the Sanskrit words for sun (Ha) and moon (tha), which suggests the goals of union and harmony between opposites, such as the right and left, masculine and feminine, body and mind.

I hope you are tempted to explore further: you can read more about me here
and view testimonials from people who have benefitted from Yoga for You.
